Work After Lockdown

Back To The Office

The 29th of June is being hailed as the big day that restrictions are finally going to be lifted and we can all get back to normality, but are your staff really ready to come back to the office?

After months of being in lockdown, restrictions are finally easing, and employees will start being expected to leave the ‘safety’ of their homes and work from the office again.

For some, this will trigger a variety of anxieties that could have a serious impact on their mental health. These anxieties will range from being worried about using public transport, having concerns that their work-home balance will be negatively affected, and the fact that once again they will be sharing confined spaces with others.

For most organisations, this will have a significant impact on productivity and ultimately their bottom line.

Fortunately, you do not have to try and handle things on your own…
